Some of the approaches used at our practice include cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, all of which are proven by a growing body of research to be effective at treating a variety of psychological issues including anxiety, anger, depression, interpersonal conflict, fears, phobias, and substance abuse.
